Panic! At The Disco vocalist, Brendon Urie decided to move
out from his old house after getting a constant interruption from fans. Urie
said the arrival of fans to his house was excessive. "At first this never bothered me at all but over time,
the numbers have increased," Urie said as quoted by NME
He had an intention to made the public know about his address.
Urie published it for the fans who want to send a letter or gifts to him. But
sadly it’s not only a gift and letters but also another dangerous threat and
crimes that could endanger him and also his family.
"Not only letters and gifts, this soon changed into
visits and constants harassment from fans. It got so bad that I didn’t feel
safe in my own home." Urie said.
In Urie's upload on his official Twitter account, he expressed
his hopes after moving house.
"Everyone has the right to feel safe and happy. So I
take my family somewhere to have that opportunity," he wrote.
Urie only left an address that he did not live in as a permanent
home. But he promised to check the letter when he had the chance and read it
one by one. On the other hand, Urie is known to have a fear of being with
many people in a room or a phobia called agoraphobia. He made that public that
last year. He feels anxious when a lot of people around him when he was in an elevator or even in the grocery store.
